YOUR ROLE IN THE TEAM
Are you ready to take ownership, drive processes forward, and contribute to a dynamic and growing organization? Join our team of 7 and play a key role in ensuring that our products reach the right place at the right time.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Full ownership for the replenishment process of products from various production sites (e.g. requirement calculation, order management, inbound tracking)
Actively participate in monthly Supply Review Meetings with suppliers to highlight local needs and business performance
Ensure a high-level performance on the Supply Chain KPIs (e.g. Case Fill Rate, Adherence to Plan)
Conduct stock projections to maintain optimal inventory levels considering safety stock, lead times, and warehouse capacity.
Actively manage out-of-stock and overstock situations with all relevant stakeholders, including the performance of root cause analysis and implementation of mitigation plans to avoid similar situations for the future
Support of the organization for new product launches with Supply Chain expertise and ensure timely product availability
Maintain a strong relationship and be the first point of contact for all supply related topics with suppliers and within the local organization (e.g. Demand Planning, Inventory Coordinator, Sales)
YOUR PROFILE
Successful completed studies, ideally with a focus on Supply Chain / Logistics
Relevant experience in Supply and / or Demand Planning, ideally in FMCG environment
Strong communication skills
Hands-on, can-do mentality with an independent and solution-oriented working style
High analytical ability
Affinity for IT tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, ERP systems such as JDE, Anaplan DDMRP, etc.)
Fluent in English; German is a plus
