Paulig Group

Supply Planner

Belgium-Roeselare Full time

At Paulig, we believe every meal, cup, and moment should be full of flavour — and that bold ideas can make the world a tastier, more sustainable place. As a house of iconic brands, we can make an impact that counts – and careers that matter.

Job Description:

Are you passionate about keeping production running smoothly and ensuring products reach their destinations on time? As a Supply Planner, you will play a key role in managing short-term packaging and raw material planning. You will coordinate the placement of purchase orders, maintain procurement schedules, and ensure inventory targets are met – all while supporting our production and distribution network efficiently.

What You’ll Do – Key Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain procurement schedules based on production plans, master plans, and established pull signals (MRP and reorder point planning).

  • Ensure target stock levels in warehouses by timely placing purchase orders and, if needed, managing stock transfers between Paulig sites.

  • Guarantee the consistent supply of materials needed for production.

  • Schedule and oversee the delivery of materials and products to the right place at the right time.

  • Proactively manage inventory issues, schedule changes, and cancellations.

  • Analyze changing material demand patterns to anticipate supply needs.

  • Maximize truck loading efficiency while following defined loading rules.

  • Maintain open communication with suppliers, production, and logistics teams to ensure a seamless exchange of information.

  • Regularly evaluate and update planning parameters and master data to optimize system-supported material planning.

What We’re Looking For

Personal Qualities:

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

  • Excellent planning, communication, and coordination abilities.

  • IT-savvy, with a good understanding of planning systems (e.g., MRP).

  • Proactive, results-driven, and motivated to make a real impact.

Functional Knowledge:

  • Understanding of replenishment processes and planning principles.

  • Knowledge of distribution networks and logistics.

  • Dutch and English fluency.

Experience:

  • We value mindset and personality over experience – motivated candidates with the right attitude are welcome, even if you’re new to supply planning!
