The  Supply  Planner  is  responsible  for  leading  the  site’s  end-to-end  supply

planning team, ensuring reliable production execution, optimal inventory levels,

and full material availability for all manufacturing operations. The role leads the

weekly  and  monthly  supply  planning  cycles,  defines  and  manages  the  Master Production Schedule (MPS), leads planning governance, and ensures alignment between demand, capacity, and supply constraints. The Supply Planner drives planning  excellence,  supports  S&OP  activities,  and  acts  as  a  key  partner  to Operations, QA, MSAT, Logistics, Procurement, and Project Management. This role plays a central part in enabling supply reliability, supporting growth projects, and shaping long-term supply chain strategy at the site.

What you will do:

• Own and manage the site Master Production Schedule (MPS) and ensure optimized, feasible supply plans aligned with demand and capacity.
• Lead medium- and long-term capacity planning, scenario analysis, and risk assessments.
• Drive inventory optimization and maintain accurate planning parameters and master data (lead times, safety stocks, MOQ, BOMs).
• Collaborate with Procurement and Logistics to ensure material readiness and mitigate availability risks.
• Lead cross-functional planning meetings and provide inputs for S&OP, budget cycles, and executive reporting.
• Develop and track planning KPIs, drive process standardization, and champion digital improvements (SAP, IBP).
• Lead, coach, and develop the Supply Planning Team, fostering a high-performing and collaborative culture.

What we are looking for:

• 5–10 years’ experience in Supply Chain (Pharma preferred; automotive or consumer goods also acceptable)
• Strong planning expertise
• 2–3 years’ experience in team leadership (e.g., supervisor, team lead)
• Bachelor or Master in Supply Chain Management (preferred) or related fields
• SAP (PP/MM) or similar systems
• MPS/MRP, inventory & capacity planning
• English: fluent, German: advantage
