Key Responsibilities
Inventory Management
Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability that meets customer demand while minimizing excess and obsolete inventory.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with procurement, operations, customer service, and sales teams to proactively identify supply chain challenges and implement effective solutions.
Contingency Planning
Design and execute contingency strategies to mitigate risks and ensure continuity in supply chain operations.
Supplier Relationship Management
Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure adherence to quality standards, timely deliveries, and alignment with business objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience
Previous experience in supply planning or supply chain management is beneficial but not essential. We welcome candidates with a strong interest in the field.
Analytical Skills
Ability to interpret complex data sets and make informed, data-driven decisions to support planning and operational efficiency.
Technical Proficiency
Solid Excel skills, including pivot tables, charts, and VLOOKUPs. Familiarity with inventory management systems, ERP platforms (e.g., Logility, JDE), and data analytics tools is a plus.
Communication & Interpersonal Skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and build productive working relationships.
Problem-Solving Mindset
A proactive approach to identifying issues and implementing continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain.
