Job Description

We are looking for a talented motivated person who will be responsible for the planning of purchases & production of the Drives Bu, along with some buyer responsibilities. Come join a team of deeply knowledgeable engineers that strive to build the most robust and reliable motion control systems using cutting edge development tools and practices.

 

Primary Responsibilities

 

  • Responsible for shopfloor planning and long-term capacity planning to ensure delivery dates (OTD), and alignment with manufacturing capacities.
  • Maintain WO in Oracle
  • Coordinate activities with manufacturing, purchasing, customer service and logistics department.
  • Maintain all master data related to planning processes.
  • Weekly / monthly presentation outcomes to management
  • Timely escalation issues.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and facilitate teams to address issues
  • Monitor and ensure purchases arrive on time (inventory, non- inventory)
  • Consumables Review (2 bin kanban system) (manufacturing + office)
  • Create new vendors in the system

 

Required Experience, Education, Skills, Training and Competencies

 

  • Bachelor degree Supply Chain, ADE, Economics or similar
  • 2-3 years of experience in supply chain role
  • Eager to work in a team
  • English Level- Advanced.
  • Basic Financial and planning knowledge
  • Good oral and written communication skills
