About the role:
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and well organised Supply Officer to join our team at St Vincent’s Private Hospital Northside on a casual basis. In this critical role, you will assist to manage stock levels across our clinical and non-clinical areas, proactively identify stock levels requiring adjustment, receiving and putting away stock, and responding to the distribution of supply needs across the hospital.

Things that work for us:
Flexibility to be able to work across all shifts, on a casual basis
Warehousing Certificate, or equivalent experience
Purchasing, supply chain and inventory management knowledge and experience
Previous experience within a health care environment (highly desirable)
Intermediate computer skills
Experience Operating mechanical and manual handling equipment in accordance with operator instructions and safe work practices
Forklift licence (desired)
A proactive, team focused approach

Located at Chermside, St Vincent’s Private Hospital Northside, has over 1,000 dedicated and skilled staff who treat nearly 35,000 people a year, delivering safe and high-quality care to all our patients. Our hospital has 227 beds, 9 operating theatres, 2 cardiac catheter laboratories, a 17-bed Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Day Oncology Unit, Breast Health Centre, Endoscopy Unit, Cardiac Rehabilitation Unit and a 24-hour, private emergency centre provided by Brisbane Northside Emergency.
