In this role, you’ll serve as a key connector between Customer Care, Supply Chain, and cross‑functional teams, ensuring accurate information flow, strong customer communication, and continuous improvement. Principal Accountabilities
In this role, you will:
Communicate effectively with managers and stakeholders who have a need to know, ensuring communication is timely, complete, candid, and clear.
Foster an inclusive and respectful team environment where individual differences are valued and team members are motivated to improve both individual and collective performance.
Identify and drive cost‑savings opportunities and continuous improvement initiatives for both short‑ and long‑term implementation.
Act as a liaison between Customer Care and cross‑functional teams to provide accurate product and service information and resolve emerging customer account issues efficiently.
Resolve complex product or service issues by clarifying customer concerns, identifying root causes, determining optimal solutions, and expediting corrective actions.
Perform insightful business and data analytics to influence decision‑making and support order management and supply chain activities.
Demonstrate a strong commitment to quality performance through a customer‑focused approach, while role‑modeling Kimberly‑Clark leadership behaviors: Build Trust, Make Decisions, Win Consistently, Think Customer, Continuously Improve, and Build Talent.
Build and demonstrate progressive working knowledge of relevant systems and tools.
Responsibilities
You will also be responsible for:
Providing dedicated order management and end‑to‑end supply chain and logistics expertise to strengthen customer relationships, drive efficiencies, and improve business outcomes.
Achieving key performance indicators, including order entry cycle time and customer service quality and availability metrics.
Leading structured problem‑solving efforts and translating analysis into actionable recommendations.
Partnering with customers and internal teams on routine and non‑routine assessments of process inefficiencies and supply chain opportunities.
Delivering consistent, timely, and meaningful communication to customers and internal stakeholders.
Bringing supply chain insights to Customer Care and cross‑functional teams to support process improvements based on customer needs and internal feedback.
