Position Summary
You will join our Singapore manufacturing team to support and deliver safe, high-quality production. You will work closely with operations, quality, engineering and logistics teams to ensure materials, equipment and processes run reliably. We value practical problem solving, clear communication and a strong focus on safety and quality. Responsibilities
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
Operate and support daily production activities to meet schedule, safety and quality standards.
Prepare, set up and clean equipment and production areas following standard operating procedures.
Record production data accurately and complete required documentation in line with quality practices.
Monitor product and process parameters, report deviations and support investigations with factual observations.
Handle, move and store materials safely using approved material handling equipment.
Participate in continuous improvement activities to increase safety, efficiency and product quality.
Basic Qualification
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals:
Mininum Diploma or equivalent in engineering, science, manufacturing or related field.
At least 1 year of hands-on experience in a manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment.
Open to Higher Nitec Certification with more than 5 years of experience
Familiarity with standard operating procedures and good manufacturing practice basics.
Experience in regulated industries such as pharmaceutical, medical device or food production.
Experience operating material handling equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks, or willingness to train and certify.
Clear written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to work on-site and to follow shift schedules as required.
Preferred Qualification
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
Knowledge of quality systems, documentation control and data integrity principles.
Experience with inventory systems, barcode scanning or basic ERP use.
Basic problem-solving skills using root cause approaches and participation in improvement projects.
Training or certification in hazardous materials handling, manual handling or safety systems.
Willingness to take on further technical or leadership development.
