Job Description:
Overview
The Purchasing team is hiring internally for a new position: Supply Chain Tech. The Supply Chain Tech will provide departmental support to Supply Chain, including data entry, invoice audits and reconciliation, document management, and more.
Starting Pay $23
Pay increases to $27 - $35 after 1 year of service
Responsibilities
Demand Assessment & Ordering: Analyze international business demand and accurately enter purchase orders into internal systems
Logistics Tracking: Monitor and track incoming containers and international shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
Document Management: Update and maintain critical purchasing documentation, including price lists, vendor records, and compliance files
Inventory Integrity: Maintain high standards of inventory integrity by investigating discrepancies between physical receipts and system data, ensuring our stock levels remain accurate
Departmental Support: Assist the purchasing team with reporting, data entry for production scheduling, and inventory adjustments
Audit invoices for pricing errors, unrealized discounts, or unexpected surcharges to prevent overpayment
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree is preferred
Rogue experience is required. Rogue Customer Service experience is preferred
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Google Sheets and internal ERP/purchasing systems
Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills are required
Must have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
