Purpose
Responsible for the data capture, analysis & reporting of data information to assist the Trinity Health leadership team achieve operational efficiency. Responsible for auditing of department information, producing reports, & suggesting improvements to processes. Provides knowledge & expertise in the program, services & applications.

Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, information systems; Associates degree or equivalent healthcare supply chain experience considered in lieu of Bachelors. • 3-5+ years of Supply Chain ERP-related systems experience including advanced knowledge and awareness of local RHM systems/applications impacting the ERP system.

Addendum:
• Represents a competency level for applications support development with a high level of supply chain/inventory concepts. This position works closely with Manager, Systems Administration Service Area as the primary support position to monitor the installed databases and ERP environments. (Surginet, Qsight, WaveMark, etc).
• Provides analysis, functional support, and maintenance of operations through specialized application software (Including Epic/Optime, SSID, MAC Lab) of enterprise, regional or local level for multiple user clients at Ministry sites.
• Troubleshoots and analyzes moderately complex application functionality issues. Interfaces with technical application staff and/or vendors to resolve system or application problems. Researches and responds to customer issues (i.e., break/fix). Works closely with system users and application software vendors to improve users knowledge of operational systems and to improve integration of the systems.
• Analyzes and responds to business process issues by researching application problems, setting up and recreating issues; conducting test case scenarios, creating solutions; updating profile/master file to correct issues, and soliciting support from technical application staff or vendors in order to facilitate issue resolution.
• Responsible for successful integration of multiple systems through ERP maintenance and application of operational standards. Assists clients in implementations, system usage, and plan development. • Trains team members on application functionality and maintenance; creates documentation and develops related training materials reflecting system updates and changes. Provides training and guidance to user clients in utilization of new internal business processes and new systems or applications.
• Serves as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for one or more applications providing guidance to less experienced team members and client users.
• May serve as a project lead on assigned projects and function with a high degree of independence.
Acts as a technical resource for client, vendors and support staff.
• Performs necessary testing for all new software upgrades and patches relating to the integrated applications as needed. Works and coordinates with various departments regarding integration data and their system updates to ensure system integrity. e.g. – Cath Lab/WaveMark, OR/Cerner-Surginet
• Acts as liaison between the Supply Chain department and other hospital departments regarding computer system development. Serves as a resource, interface and liaison with user clients/business owners (i.e., physicians, nurses, pharmacists, etc.), technical applications staff and vendors to resolve problems with functionality of clinical software applications.
• Keeps current on functional and operational knowledge and awareness of systems/applications impacting the ERP system local to the RHM, including unique requirements and complexity.
• Responsible for coordinating any ERP system downtime transactions with appropriate RHM department leaders and routine file maintenance. Oversees system data integrity.
• Responsible for RHM level guidance to optimize inventory performance using available reports and tracking noncompliance. Monitors ordering, receiving, replenishment and inventory control informing the system office regarding any system performance issues. Informs and ensures system compliance and escalates any gaps in performance.
• Responsible for System Administration Service Tickets for completion within the Service Level Agreement (SLA) for the queue and tasks within the Service Area.
