Supply Chain Solutions Analyst II - AI
Job Summary
The Supply Chain Solutions Analyst II – AI will develop, execute, monitor, and report the progress of continuous improvement AI projects set forth by the Supply Chain Solutions Group. They will oversee, execute, track, and own multiple SCAI projects. The Analyst will be responsible for developing and executing the entire project management spectrum, they will map processes, analyze work and information flows for standardization, automation and optimization opportunities, and analyze data to determine efficacy and control of AI projects, always seeking the most optimal solution. They will be the primary process engineers for Supply Chain Solutions processes and technologies.
Essential Functions
- Understands opportunities for business process improvement, and seeks to learn and document underlying and existing business processes.
- Test plans and/or test cases (help translate functional requirements/specifications into working test plans and/or test cases)
- Analyzes different solutions for ROI, CBA, and feasibility to determine best solution.
- Develops requirements and inputs for predictive, prescriptive, and experimental analyses; evaluates and implements results from said analyses
- Performs testing, documenting, reporting, analysis, task fulfillment, and daily communication of improvement project objectives
- Establishes methods and coordinates implementation of new processes and technology throughout the Supply Chain department.
- Stays current on emerging tools, techniques and technologies that can support process improvement.
- Presents to stakeholders reports on progress as well as problems and solutions
- Records and reports actions taken throughout many departmental processes, for the purpose of analysis support and SOP generation
- Monitors and follows up on actions required from external parties for existing improvement projects.
- Designs, illustrates, and publishes flow charts, decision trees, SOPs, charts, calendars and multiple other visualizations in support of documentation, project management and communication
- Oversees the coordination of all concurrent AI projects, and assists in the weighting and prioritization of all projects
- Understands the strategic goals of the team, Supply Chain, and organization, and aligns all work with those goals
- Determines and reports the success or failure of implemented improvements, including the definition of metrics and indicators, and analyzing the results of completed projects
- Conducts Pre and Post Mortems on projects, including documenting, evaluating, and reporting lessons learned.
- Presents updates and recaps of implemented projects to cross functional stakeholders

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- 4 Years – Supply Chain, IT, Engineering or similar
- 4 Years – Data Analysis, Data Science, Data Presentation Architecture and/or Statistics
- 4 Years – Business Process Improvement, Continuous Improvement, Business Process Engineering, Experience managing people/projects

- Experience designing and deploying hybrid or fully autonomous AI agents that execute tasks
- Experience in prompt engineering, vibe coding, rapid prototyping, AI agent development
- Familiarity with the AI product lifecycle, including model performance monitoring and establishing feedback loops to ensure sustained ROI
- Preferred skills & experience
- Experience with enterprise-grade agent platforms (e.g., Oracle AI Agent Studio, Microsoft Copilot Studio) to automate end-to-end business processes
- Proficiency in Agentic AI orchestration, specifically in designing multi-agent workflows for autonomous supply chain decision-making
- Proficiency in context engineering and RAG to integrate models with live data via SQL or APIs
- Technology – Strong working knowledge of all supply chain information and transactional systems, with the ability to learn both theory and application of existing and emerging technologies and tools.
