Currently for our entity Valeo Thermal Systems in Skawina we recruit Supply Chain Scheduler.

Key  Responsibilities:

  • Manage inventory levels of assigned raw materials and components to ensure production continuity.

  • Plan material requirements based on Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) and Master Production Schedule (MPS).

  • Monitor daily material availability and ensure timely deliveries from suppliers according to confirmed orders.

  • Prepare and communicate weekly forecasts to suppliers.

  • Track supplier performance, including Supplier Service Rate (SSR), and support improvement actions.

  • Identify potential supply risks and implement preventive or corrective actions.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (Logistics, Purchasing, Production, Sales) to ensure smooth supply chain operations.

  • Support inventory accuracy through participation in stock counts and coordination with ERP and inventory control teams.

  • Contribute to supply chain optimization initiatives such as Kanban, Pull Flow, EDI, and Milk Run.

  • Maintain regular communication with suppliers and support resolution of supply issues when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Production Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, production planning, or material planning.

  • Understanding of supply chain planning processes, including MPS (Master Production Schedule) and S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning).

  • Experience working with ERP systems and inventory management tools.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to monitor inventory levels and logistics KPIs such as Supplier Service Rate (SSR).

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with suppliers and internal departments (Logistics, Purchasing, Production, Sales).

  • Ability to identify supply chain risks and implement corrective and preventive actions.

  • Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

  • Fluency in English and Polish (written and spoken)
