Northrop Grumman Space Systems is seeking a Global Supply Chain Program Manager 3. Role reports to Director of Comms Systems Global Supply Chain Program Management within the Intelligence & Sensing (I&S) Business Unit within the Intelligence Systems Division (ISD).
The position is based onsite for our Redondo Beach, CA location. No teleworking allowed. Relocation assistance will not be provided.
Key roles and responsibilities:
- Responsible for GSC strategy & execution for an assigned work scope across the program lifecycle
- Liaison between Program Leaders, Engineering, Manufacturing, Mission Assurance/Quality, and GSC functional organizations
- Creation, maintenance, improvement, and oversight of relevant program GSC metrics to track acquisition status & supplier performance
- Lead, develop, and provide GSC inputs to program proposal activities including ECPs, NTEs, BPEs, REAs and customer what-if efforts
- Manage all aspects of GSC reporting relative to program execution, financials including GSC EVMS Control Account Management, schedule, and risk/opportunity mitigation
- Support and/or lead contract closeout activities
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 8 years of Project/Program Management, Supply Chain Management, or Engineering experience
- 3 years of experience managing a team
- Proposal / Capture experience
- Must have an active and current Top Secret and/or SCI clearance in-scope (investigation within last 5 years)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Able to effectively utilize program management skills to drive program GSC execution across multiple organizations with differing priorities including effective use of soft skills (primarily knowledge-based leadership, tact, persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal charisma)
- Ability to develop, utilize, and apply data analytic tools (e.g. SAP, Tableau)
- Experience supporting large & unique aerospace programs
- Demonstrated flexibility and agility, prioritizing multiple tasks with competing deadlines
- Experience and/or familiarity with key Northrop Grumman GSC functions
- Prior GSC PM or equivalent experience
- Experienced as a CAM and/or Northrop Grumman CAM training
Primary Level Salary Range: $175,400.00 - $263,200.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
