Job Summary
• This role is responsible for leading teams/projects/programs to solve common and complex business issues, by leveraging developed subject matter knowledge. The role manages and leads cross-functional program teams, delivers professional reports, develops schedules, budgets and resource plans, and tracks progress against the establishes plans, while leading less-experienced staff members. The role also identifies risks and creates mitigation plans, and reports the same to executive management.

Responsibilities
• Manages and leads programs involving one or more functions and project teams to drive the design, development and implementation process for a subsystem or part of the supply chain.
• Leads moderate to high complexity projects, delivering professionally written reports, and supports the realization of operational and strategic plans.
• Understands the technical concepts, design, systems, development methods, and disciplines associated with the defined program, and utilizes knowledge to accelerate project completion.
• Leads the deployment, launch, and continuous improvement of new capabilities developed by the company's worldwide program teams.
• Develops schedules, critical deliverables, budget, resource allocation plan, logistics, and other support requirements for assigned program in collaboration with both the company & contract manufacturing teams.
• Coordinates activities of supporting project teams and internal and external development partners; tracks progress against established plan and makes decisions to alter or update schedule and resource allocation to meet product requirements and development schedule.
• Communicates program progress, escalations, and issue analysis to product stakeholders; collaborates with (executive) management and internal manufacturing and development partners to implement changes to product, process, or program plan to resolve escalated issues, produce solutions, and ensure adherence to budgets and established product roadmaps and schedules.
• Leads bug tracking resolution and reporting of program risks, status, and options for resolution to (executive) management.
• Solves difficult and complex problems with a fresh perspective, demonstrating good judgment in selecting creative solutions and managing projects independently.
• Leads and provides guidance and mentoring to less-experienced staff members.

Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in Supply Chain development and implementation, project planning tools and system tools, people management, or a related field or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of work experience.
