The role:
As a Supply Chain Planning Supervisor you will help drive our goals by:
• Planning material requirements and production schedules to meet customer needs across make-to-order, make-to-stock, and make-to-forecast workflows.
• Generating long‑range raw material forecasts and partnering with Procurement to ensure timely supply and accurate master data.
• Monitoring inventory, identifying slow‑moving materials, and supporting action plans to optimise stock levels.
• Supporting IBP processes by analysing demand, reviewing capacity, and preparing long‑range supply plans and materials.
• Working closely with Manufacturing and Engineering to validate production feasibility and maintain accurate system data.
• Acting as a team mentor, supporting data analysis, dashboard development, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related STEM field.
• 5+ years’ experience in Supply Chain, Continuous Improvement, or Project Management roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including VBA, pivot tables, and lookups, plus collaboration via Teams.
• Experience with MRP/ERP systems or planning software, with strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently.
• Strong Health & Safety awareness and an analytical approach to problem solving.
