We have an exciting opportunity to work in the fast-paced world of Global Supply Chain within the Avnet Global Supply Chain Services Team. We provide extraordinary Service, Supply Chain and Fulfilment Program Management into Strategic Fulfilment and Automotive Customers and Supplier Partners.
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced supply chain or programme professional to support global customer migration and offshore manufacturing strategies. This role focuses on identifying and delivering international business growth opportunities, working collaboratively with customers, suppliers and internal teams worldwide.
You will be responsible for planning and managing migration programmes that align design and fulfilment activities, ensuring product delivery, customer service and revenue objectives are achieved.
Office located in Dublin – The role is a hybrid role mixed between office and home working.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver value‑added solutions that support Avnet and supplier growth strategies
- Plan and manage programmes and projects to meet product delivery, customer service and revenue goals
- Coordinate efforts across sales and support teams within assigned accounts, territories and regions
- Review customer requirements, define tasks, allocate resources and manage project schedules
- Use data and insights to support sound business decisions and develop effective sales and supply chain strategies
- Collaborate with global sales teams, support functions and internal and external partners
- Act as a link between design and fulfilment regions, ensuring agreed compensation and alignment
- Track and support outbound manufacturing migrations for customers
- Analyse and document changes in pricing, margins and revenue performance
- Maintain accurate programme and migration data within Avnet systems
- Develop and deliver tailored migration strategies aligned to customer and regional needs
- Ensure inter‑regional margin splits and return‑on‑investment are accurately reported
What About You
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Typically 3+ years’ experience in supply chain, programme management, sales operations or a related field
- A strong understanding of supply chain principles, commercial drivers and industry practices
- Experience managing multiple priorities and making informed, data‑led decisions
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating across teams and regions
- Clear, inclusive communication skills and the ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders
