Elders Limited

Supply Chain Planner

Adelaide, SA Full time

About the Role

As a Supply Chain Planner at Elders, you’ll play a key role in driving and optimising the supply chain planning cycle across forecasting, demand, and supply planning. Working within a collaborative team and reporting into the broader Supply Chain function, you’ll contribute to the successful rollout of Elders’ S&OP transformation initiatives—supporting effective decision-making and ensuring the timely, cost-efficient flow of goods across the business.

This role is perfect for someone with strong analytical skills, a passion for process improvement, and the ability to turn data into meaningful insights that drive performance across the supply chain.

Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end supply chain planning activities, including demand forecasting, supply planning, and post-cycle analysis.
  • Gather, cleanse, and prepare data for forecasting cycles and S&OP reviews.
  • Maintain key planning parameters, including lead times, safety stock levels, and order quantities.
  • Monitor supply execution—tracking open purchase orders, inbound shipments, and supplier performance.
  • Prepare and distribute regular supply chain reports, tools, and KPI dashboards.
  • Support and contribute to S&OP governance, including meeting preparation, materials, and action follow-up.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships to support collaboration, continuous improvement, and effective communication across the supply chain.

About You

  • Minimum 2.5 years’ experience in supply chain, logistics, or related operations.
  • Proven analytical and data modelling skills, with advanced Excel proficiency.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and planning principles.
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented, with excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to influence and engage diverse stakeholders.
  • Results-driven and commercially minded, with a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Committed to safety, integrity, and teamwork—aligned with the One Elders Values of Together, Integrity, Ownership, and Curiosity.
