About the role

If you’re excited by unravelling complex supply chain challenges and turning data into real‑world impact, this is the place to do your best work. Our Supply Chain team is on a mission to streamline and improve performance right across the network.

As our Performance & Insights Manager, you’ll shape how products move from supplier to shelf and help us make smarter, faster, and more customer‑focused decisions. You’ll lead a small team of analysts, partner with experts across the business, and take on high‑impact problems that will stretch your thinking and grow capability.

This role can be based at our Support Office Locations in either Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane, working in line with our hybrid working approach.

What’s involved

  • Drive analysis that helps us strengthen the end‑to‑end flow of products across stores, trade, commercial, and last mile.
  • Lead and develop your team while shaping the quality and clarity of our central reporting.
  • Spot trends, pinpoint root causes, and uncover opportunities to improve service, reduce cost, and support better decision‑making.
  • Partner with operational teams across the network to turn insights into action and lift performance.
  • Map and model our supply chain to highlight where we’re strong and where we can sharpen our performance.
  • Establish reporting governance and ensure our data is accurate, consistent, and genuinely useful.
  • Bring best practice into Bunnings by staying across new technologies, smarter ways of working, and emerging industry thinking.

Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone who’s excited by the challenge of turning data into practical, real‑world improvements and can bring people along for the journey. You’ll enjoy simplifying the complex, influencing across teams, and helping others see opportunities for better ways of working.

A steady, collaborative approach is key, someone who stays positive when things get busy, supports their team, and brings a genuine passion for continuous improvement.

You’ll need:

  • Strong demonstrated experience in supply chain, ideally in performance, analytics, or operational improvement roles
  • Strong end‑to‑end supply chain knowledge
  • Advanced analytical, financial interpretation, and problem‑solving capability
  • Experience leading people and delivering through others
  • Strong Power BI and advanced Excel skills
  • Proven ability to communicate insights clearly to technical and non‑technical audiences
  • Experience managing competing priorities in a fast‑moving environment
  • Ability to build business cases and influence decisions
  • A collaborative approach and ability to work with a broad range of stakeholders across the network

You’ll be part of a workplace where you’ll feel like you belong.
