A day in the Life:

Order Fulfillment

  • Efficiently implement purchase order (PO) creation and SO (Sales Order) Creation
  • Coordinate sales orders (SO) with precision and accuracy.
  • Directly lead all aspects of delivery coordination with customers and 3PL partners to ensure timely execution.

Logistics & Operations

  • Coordinate daily inbound and outbound logistics with local 3PL and freight forwarders.

  • Monitor shipment schedules, ensure accurate documentation (import/export, customs clearance, delivery orders).

  • Lead and coordinate delivery performance, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely customer delivery.

  • Support temperature-controlled and regulated product shipments in compliance with Thermo Fisher’s quality and EHS standards.

Inventory Management

  • Maintain accurate stock levels and perform regular cycle counts.

  • Investigate inventory variances, reconcile system balances (SAP / ERP), and propose corrective actions.

  • Support material master data maintenance related to storage location, stock status, and shelf life.

  • Coordinate with Quality team for product quarantine, release, and returns.

  • Plan, coordinate, and implement annual physical inventory (stock take) for finished goods and consumables.

  • Ensure compliance with Corporate Audit and Finance requirements.

  • Lead post–stock take variance analysis and root cause investigations.

Process & Continuous Improvement

  • Look for opportunities to simplified logistics and warehouse operations.

  • Support implementation of Lean or 5S initiatives in warehouse and supply chain processes.

Education, Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • proven ability in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain operations.

  • Experience using SAP/SAP S4 HANA

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

  • Familiar with import process and customs regulations.

  • Good skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Physical Requirements / Work Environment

This role involves working in a standard office environment with occasional requirements to visit warehouses or shipping facilities.
