As a key partner in the SIOP process, the manager delivers executive-level visibility into demand shifts, supply risks, inventory health, and operational impacts, translating complexity into clear, confident decisions.

Join the team behind renowned names like FieldTurf, Beynon Sports, ClassicCourt, GrassMaster, Tarkett Sports Indoor and Tarkett Sports Construction. Help us build the next world-class venue.

What you’ll do:

Demand Planning & Forecast Leadership

  • Own the end-to-end demand planning process, including validation, consolidation, and SIOP preparation, ensuring a single, credible number drives decision-making.

  • Interpret weekly demand signals, surface material risks early, and deliver clear recommended actions to stakeholders.

  • Drive alignment with Sales on volume expectations, project timing, and emerging customer trends.

  • Oversee forecast transparency through dashboards and reporting that make risks and trends immediately actionable.

Supply Planning & Inventory Strategy

  • Own supply planning for long-lead raw materials and finished goods, ensuring availability never becomes a constraint on growth.

  • Continuously evaluate supply coverage, safety stock adequacy, and supplier performance, closing gaps before they become disruptions.

  • Partner with the Fiber Planner to establish and refine inventory targets that balance service levels with working capital efficiency.

  • Set strategic direction for material positioning, seasonal builds, and procurement timing to stay ahead of demand.

  • Lead planning for new product introductions and end-of-life transitions, minimizing risk and obsolescence exposure.

Production & Operations Alignment

  • Convert demand and supply plans into clear, executable direction for Operations, bridging strategy and the shop floor.

  • Maintain tight alignment between production schedules, capacity constraints, and material availability to protect output commitments.

  • Proactively identify and resolve disconnects between forecast, production plans, and supply realities before they impact customers.

  • Track production output, material consumption, and backorder trends; own corrective action when performance deviates.

Analytics & Continuous Improvement

  • Lead rigorous analytics into demand volatility, supply gaps, and inventory health, turning data into decisions.

  • Build and evolve scenario models and decision-support tools that sharpen the organization's ability to plan under uncertainty.

  • Drive systemic improvements across planning processes, reducing cycle times, improving accuracy, and increasing organizational agility.

  • Develop team capability through hands-on coaching in root-cause analysis, structured problem-solving, and data-driven thinking.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Serve as the connective tissue between Sales, Operations, Raw Material Planning, and Warehousing, ensuring no function plans in isolation.

  • Lead weekly operational reviews and own key SIOP process components, setting the rhythm and rigor of planning across the business.

  • Navigate escalations related to supply constraints, demand surges, and customer service risks, driving resolution with urgency and clarity.

  • Communicate with confidence to senior leadership, translating complex supply chain dynamics into crisp risk summaries and decisive recommendations.

What you need for success:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business Analytics, or related field; advanced degree preferred.

  • 5+ years of experience in supply planning, demand planning, or SIOP roles.

  • Demonstrated leadership and ability to influence cross-functional teams.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actions.

  • Experience in seasonal or made-to-order manufacturing environments preferred.

  • Proficiency in MRP systems (SAP, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder), Excel, and BI tools.

  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

What you can expect:

  • A culture built on teamwork, respect, and entrepreneurial spirit

  • Leadership that invests in your growth and career development

  • Opportunities to take on new challenges, cross-train, and expand your skillset

  • Recognition and rewards for your contributions and achievements

  • A fast-paced, sports-driven environment where your work makes an impact
