The Manager, Supply Chain is responsible for developing and executing strategies that optimize the entire supply chain, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with organizational objectives. This role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate across functions to deliver operational excellence. The role is responsible for procurement activities, production planning and SIOP management and execution.
Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and align with company objectives
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality, reliability, and timely delivery of materials and services
Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless supply chain integration and alignment across functions
Analyze supply chain performance metrics, identify improvement areas, and implement initiatives to boost productivity and effectiveness
Lead, mentor, and develop the supply chain team to achieve high performance and foster professional growth
Minimum of 5 years in supply chain leadership roles, including prior supervisory experience
Proven leadership qualities, including the ability to attract, develop and retain an outstanding team of performers; Ability to get job done through others
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred
