Reporting to Operations Director, the incumbent is reponsible for providing operational guidance and support in the areas of
1) Demand & Supply management
2) Inventory & Asset Management
3) Maintenance (including cleaning & disinfection)
Improving safety, reliability, efficiency, operational effectiveness, and service levels in all of the above processes will be a key mandate for this position.
The incumbent should closely interact with Home Healthcare Global/Local Business Owners, AL Healthcare Global Operations Team, Local Operations team to achieve the company’s goal & objectives.
How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
Overall HHC Industrial Strategy, Objectives and Performance (10%)
- Implement Group’s policy regarding Safety, Reliability and Efficiency
- Establish overall HHC industrial & operational objectives for the activity
- Manage on-going operations
- Define, collect, consolidate and analyze Operations KPI's
Demand & Supply Management (20%)
- Responsibility is to ensure all demand, procurement & supply activities are conducted safely, efficiently and effectively.
- Responsibilities include the following:
- To establish and review the demand forecast strategy and its accuracy
- To define targets, monitor the performance & effectiveness
- To support the related projects from identification to implementation
Assets & Inventory management (50%)
- Responsible to ensure that all assets and inventory related activities are conducted safely, efficiently and effectively, Responsibilities include the following:
- To establish and review the assets and inventory strategy
- To define the operation target with the associated performance indicators
- To define, monitor and assess the total cost of ownership
- To identify, define and implement an optimization action plan
- To manage regional warehouses
Maintenance –Cleaning – Disinfection management (20%)
- Responsibility is to ensure all maintenance activities are conducted safely, efficiently and effectively.
- To define operation targets, monitor and analyze the operation performance and effectiveness
- To establish the maintenance program (who to do, when to do, where to do, what to do and how to do)
- To define process improvement and efficiency action plan
- Regulatory compliance responsibilities
- Ensure that their facilities & documentations are compliant with mandatory regulatory requirements.
Others
- Follow up and reinforce on team members' Training & Qualification Programs completion
- Provide technical expertise concerning industrial audit program. Track corrective actions and ensure that the self audit process is working
- Develop, approve and maintain mandatory technical rules, guidelines and information required to run the activities safely and reliably
- Oversee the existing and future ERP system as it relates to logistics, maintenance, assets and inventory management
Are you a MATCH?
- Bachelor or above in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Management or related field
- At least more than 10 years of experience in supply chain management
- People Management experience is a MUST
- Fluent in Korean and Business level in English
- Ability to travel domestically on a weekly basis (at least once per week).
