Position Summary
As a Supply Chain Management Coordinator MX (smart phones, tablets, wearables and accessories) you will be in charge of product supply from Samsung factories into the Czech and Slovak markets. You will work with demand forecasting, purchasing and coordination of various issues and information between local area, Korean headquarters and factories in order to give the best support to local sales team with maximized operational efficiency.Role and Responsibilities
As a SCM Coordinator you will be in close cooperation with local sales team:
Input and update sales forecasts for smart phones, tablets, wearables and accessories
Report customer stock situation
Report forecasting status, delivery progress and related KPIs to product managers and key account managers
Be aware of new model introduction schedule and customer model selection
Follow up the product lifecycle process in cooperation with product manager
Responsibility for managing of forecast in internal system (based on agreement with Product manager)
Weekly contact with our Korean Headquarters and monitor and report production/shipments
Work with reports to Korean Headquarters (e.g., weekly sales discrepancy, demand updated status, coordination of daily operational issues)
Analyse forecast accuracy per customer to support optimal product flow
Weekly meeting with product managers and key account managers about delivery and stock status
Cooperation with another SCM manager in Prague office to smoothly manage all tasks
Skills and Qualifications
Who we are looking for:
At least 3 years of working experience within SCM, logistics, purchase or similar environment
Native Czech language and excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written
Knowledge of Korean is an advantage
Strong Excel skills are necessary to succeed
