Summary:

Provide hands-on leadership as a Supply Chain Leader – Planning & Logistics and take ownership of end-to-end operations that keep our business moving. In this role, you’ll guide a high-performing team, optimize inventory and logistics, and drive strategic improvements that enhance safety, compliance, and efficiency. Responsibilities Include:

  • Oversee warehouse, logistics, packaging, and unloading operations, ensuring safe and compliant handling of materials, assuring safe and compliant operations

  • Development of production and raw material purchasing plan consistent with forecast and MRP signals to achieve service goals at optimal inventory levels

  • Executing shipping plan on a daily basis, assuring all deliveries are shipped and post goods issued

  • Maintain warehouse inventory record accuracy > 99%

  • Serve internal customers with delivery of packaged goods and unloading of raw materials within the established time fences

  • Drive down service and quality complaints (damages/lost freight)

  • Accountable to manage and maintain internal trailer fleet and demurrage costs withing the established MOS

  • Implement process improvements to enhance reliability and improve productivity

  • Manage within budget and business conditions

  • Develop and coach team members, developing and maintaining a culture consistent with the core values of the company

  • Ensure compliance with relevant certifications and regulations (e.g., DOT, IATA).

  • Collaborate with plant operations, business leaders, and external partners.

Qualifications:

The following are required for the role

  • 5+ years of demonstrated track record of leading teams and delivering results in safety, cost, and service

  • Bachelors Degree (preferably in engineering, supply chain management, or sciences) or equivalent experience

  • Ability to develop and lead teams successfully

  • Ability to analyze data to make strategic business decisions

  • Ability to multi-task and handle competing priorities

  • Strong communication skills- written and verbal

  • Positive attitude toward achieving defined targets

  • Problem solving skills and ability to implement change

  • Ability to understand complexity in manufacturing, supply, and global operations

  • Experience with change culture

The following qualifications are preferred:

  • 10+ years of leadership, preferably operations management

  • Lean or Six Sigma training

  • Warehouse and/or packaging experience

  • CPIM or CSCP a plus

  • Experience in using Microsoft Word and Excel in a professional environment

  • Integrated Supply Chain experience, use of MRP tools (SAP), and understanding of WMS systems.

What We Offer:

Base Pay Range: $126,500 - $185,350

The actual salary offered is determined by factors including but not limited to education, experience, skill sets, and geography. Additionally, this role is eligible for incentive or sales variable compensation payments. The amount of these incentives is based on the terms of the Company's incentive plans, the Company's financial performance, and/or individual employee job performance.
