- Manage the end-to-end supply chain in collaboration with Maintenance, Engineering, Projects, and Materials Management.
- Ensure procurement of OEM spares as per specifications and delivery timelines.
- Explore possibilities of using Enterprise Framework Agreements where feasible and cost-effective.
- Review contract scope, conduct vendor evaluations, and manage the tendering process to finalize fit-for-purpose contracts.

- Proactively manage contract renewals to ensure uninterrupted provision of services.
- Ensure procurement and contracting comply with Shell CMCP policies, Supply Chain Charter, HSE, Code of Ethics, and business principles.
- Support the asset reliability agenda from a supply chain perspective across the value chain.
- Manage end-to-end logistics arrangements, including customs clearance for imported items, in accordance with agreed Incoterms.
- Drive data quality excellence through integrated collaboration among Supply Chain, Projects, Maintenance, and Engineering.
What you bring

- Proven ability to manage post-award contract performance with internal stakeholders and contract partners.
- Demonstrated business acumen and commercial delivery experience, with a track record of value creation and execution excellence.
- Hands-on front-line negotiation experience as a supply chain or commercial professional.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- A learner mindset and agility, with adaptability and leadership capabilities.
- Experience in performance and risk management oversight, including contractor performance assessment and continuous improvement.
- Commitment to Shell’s values on HSE, ethics, diversity & inclusion, social performance, and sustainability.
