GSCO Data Analytics and Insights (DAI) team in Corporate Planning and Operations Group (CPOG) is looking for a dynamic and driven Program Manager who is motivated to deliver value for our Supply Chain through Robotic Process Automation and other AI driven Automation solutions. We are looking for someone who is action oriented, has strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and collaborates well across roles and organizations. The ideal candidate will provide strong leadership for the project team, work closely with geo-dispersed IT partners and customers to elicit automation opportunities and deliver process/tool capabilities to meet business objectives. They will also support definition as well as performing business analyst functions within the project as needed. The DAI team is looking for someone to complement our diverse skill set and deliver the best solutions for Intel.
This role will be responsible for but not limited to:
- Manage a portfolio of process automation solutions and be responsible for the delivery of project outcomes.
- Perform the project management function, including scope, time, and quality (including data quality) management for small to medium sized projects.
- Partner with internal customers; working directly with business stakeholders, functional subject matter experts and operational leads) to assess needs.
- Lead requirements and scoping sessions with business partners to understand, define and anticipate business needs; create automation and process solutions per business and systems requirements. Develop and maintain a project pipeline, manage prioritization and delivery of capability.
- Document requirements and design solutions to improve efficiencies by automating repetitive processes; improve controls through standardization of workflows and process redesign.
- Partner with the customer to understand the business problem. They must understand the customer's business processes to identify the value drivers associated with the project.
- Develop project business cases that specify problem statement, project scope, business value, and end state.
- Research and evaluate alternative solutions to satisfy business need and exercise judgment and discretion to develop/recommend solutions, remove obstacles and redefine approaches.
- Create system/process improvements through identification and removal of non-value-added activities.
- During the build phase of the project, the PM will work closely with 3rd party development teams for design, development and delivery of capabilities, perform quality assurance reviews and direct stakeholders/customers in quality testing to ensure requirements have been met and design is optimized for functionality and performance.
- When involved in testing, plan and execute User Acceptance Testing by creating test scripts; coordinate testing efforts with end users. In the Deployment phase of the application, project, or program, PMs are often responsible for coordinating end user training and facilitating Train the Trainer sessions.
- Work as a solution architect providing subject matter expertise or leadership to ensure the desired solution is designed to meet the value commitment. Co-ordinate with IT architects and system analysts to drive solutioning.
- Manage relationships, communicating, and negotiating with stakeholders that span multiple organizations, levels and geo's and build decision matrix or resourcing models if needed.
- Provides leadership for the project team, works closely with geo-dispersed IT partners and customers to design and document business process as-is and to-be to meet business objectives.

Qualifications:
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This position is not eligible for Intel's immigration sponsorship.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Computer Science or related field of study or equivalent experience below:
- 5+ years of experience as a Project/Program Manager
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing cross-IT and enterprise level engagements.
- Proven track record of 3rd party (contingent worker) development team management
Preferred Qualification
- 5+ years of experience in Robotic Process Automation using UiPath and/or other Automation solutions.
- Experience with Agile project management.
- Experience with Business Process Mapping.
- Knowledge of Total Change Management (TCM) methodology and tools.
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma, Green Belt preferred
- PMP certification or equivalent will be considered a plus.
- Advanced education or ASCM /APICS (Association for Supply Chain Management) or equivalent certification in Supply Chain.
- Solid proficiency with Office products, including dashboarding in Excel and process diagraming in Visio.
- 5+ years of Supply Chain/Finance/Planning experience.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $120,320.00-236,810.00 USD
