The role:
We’re looking for Supply Chain Finance Analyst who is curious, switched on, and ready to grow. Whether you've studied finance or not, if you've got a good head on your shoulders and a knack for solving problems, we’d love to hear from you.
Function/Business Unit Overview
This role sits within the Supply Chain Finance stream of the EU Finance function, working closely with EU FP&A, EU commercial finance and Group finance teams, Procurement, and central Supply Chain functions. The wider finance organisation includes teams responsible for Tax & Treasury, Financial Control & Compliance, External Reporting, Investor Relations, Corporate Development, and Risk & Audit.
Reporting Relationships
Reporting to the Supply Chain Finance Manager, and working closely with local and global Supply Chain teams, Procurement, and Group Shared Services. The role requires strong cross‑functional collaboration with EU Supply Chain Operations and Procurement teams.
What you’ll get stuck into:
You’ll get a broad view of finance – working with teams across commercial, brand, supply chain and financial planning to help them make informed decisions based on data and insights. It’s not a graduate role with rigid rotation, but you’ll have the chance to explore different areas based on what you’re great at and where the business needs you.
Some of the things you’ll help with:
Spot trends and join dots – help us forecast and analyse across sales, marketing and supply chain, recommend changes based on these insights
Collaborate across teams– support reporting, pricing and trade decisions that shape the bigger picture.
Own your impact – manage key processes that keep our business moving and our marketing spend accurate.
Bring numbers to life – Create straightforward and clear performance reports that enable teams to respond quickly and remain aligned with objectives.
