Sujet : Mise en place des flux physiques et informatiques pour la nouvelle activité SMT

Missions à confier :

• Analyser les flux SMT existants et les besoins spécifiques de la nouvelle activité.
• Optimiser les flux internes (matières, WIP, produits finis).
• Optimiser le transport externe associé.
• Proposer des améliorations Lean et des solutions de digitalisation si nécessaires.
