Position Summary: We’re seeking a Supply Chain Customer Coordinator to support Project Managers and ensure compliant, effective supply chain operations for client studies. The role includes managing complex logistics, engaging directly with clients, and driving continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include accurate processing of shipping orders, on‑time deliverables, proactive logistics coordination, and strict adherence to cGMP standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate technical and service aspects of projects; lead client and site personnel discussions to enable seamless supply arrangements.
- Support external discussions with clients and Global Project Managers; ensure clear communication on logistics and documentation requirements aligned to project specifications.
- Coordinate closely with clients, site personnel, logistics providers, and customs to achieve timely deliverables.
- Accurately process and handle customer shipping orders per established procedures and delivery instructions.
- Ensure accurate and timely release of study shipments in accordance with contractual and country requirements.
- Prepare required documents per country regulations and client instructions.
- Complete documentation and update computer systems correctly and promptly.
- Coordinate study returns requests in line with project requirements.
- Engage in cross‑functional business process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Provide timely reports and relevant shipping information to clients.
- Ensure all processes comply with established procedures and cGMP standards.
- Contribute to writing and reviewing departmental SOPs.
- Organize and deliver training to team members as needed.
- Implement corrective actions for any compliance issues; follow up to confirm effectiveness.
- Maintain proper documentation for all executed processes.
- Keep facilities and workspaces clean, neat, and orderly.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in logistics coordination and warehouse operations within the Pharmaceutical industry is an advantage.

Minimum Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain / Business Studies
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in Project Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, Order Fulfilment or Customer Service.
Work Schedule:
0830 AM to 1730 PM core hours, additional hours as required.
