This position reports to the Order Fulfillment Manager
Your responsibilities can include:
- Referring operational issues and/or problems in a timeous and effective manner to the relevant stakeholders for resolution
- Being point of contact for Customer Service, TDT delivery hubs and DC facilities, ensuring query resolution
- Report generation, so that hubs, the hubs' franchisees and couriers are aware of their current performance
- Other duties and tasks as assigned
- Ensure the timeous return of return stock to the relevant returns DC
- Manage return claim functions
- Return query investigation
Qualifications and experience:
- Grade 12
- Tertiary qualification preferred
Attributes required :
- Good working knowledge of full MS package (advanced understanding of MS excel.
- Must have an organised approach to task completion and great attention to detail
- Ability to solve problems by analysing variables and applying appropriate solutions learned through experience and proficiency in understanding the job
- Able to communicate with all levels of management
- Strong organisational skills
- Demonstrated ability to effectively complete work records with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work weekends and overtime as required
