Your responsibilities
Responsible for supporting the entire Procure (& Source) to Pay process for spares and services including RFx’s, invoice handling etc. for the assigned rig(s)
Plan, execute and follow up on Goods Purchase, Hire, Repairs, and Services orders
Establish good teamwork with the logistics team with primarily focus on continuous improvement of overall logistics flow
Facilitate planned Procurement and Logistics meetings to address challenges, clarify processes, and minimize processing time
Monitor Posting Proposal queue to ensure timely payment of invoices as per assignment
Support improvement and optimization projects
Coordinate with rig team to meet and improve KPIs from the rig scorecard
Ensure that all roles responsibilities are performed in compliance with company’s SOP (Standard Operating Procedure)
Attendance/involvement in out of business hours department meetings if required by the business
Reasonable ad-hoc tasks as required by the business
Our Requirements
A formal education with minimum a bachelor level degree or equivalent within relevant field(s)
0-2 years’ experience within Purchasing preferably within the Oil & Gas industry
Solid command of English (B1+) both written and spoken
Good communication skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Teams, Power Point)
