Job Description:

We are looking for a Graduate or Early-Career Supply Chain Planner to join our Supply Chain organization within the electronics technology industry. This role is open to candidates holding a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, and is ideal for recent graduates or professionals at the early stage of their career who want to develop business-oriented planning skills in a fast-paced and international environment.

You will support key supply chain planning decisions by connecting demand, supply, and operational constraints to ensure product availability, cost efficiency, and service excellence. Please note this role is on site 5 days per week

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the end-to-end supply chain planning process, from demand review to supply execution
  • Translate demand forecasts into balanced supply and inventory plans aligned with business priorities
  • Monitor service levels, inventory performance, and supply execution
  • Identify supply risks such as capacity constraints, component shortages, or obsolescence, and support mitigation actions
  • Participate in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) or Integrated Business Planning (IBP) activities
  • Act as a planning interface between Sales, Marketing, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Logistics teams
  • Prepare business-focused analyses, KPIs, and planning recommendations for stakeholders
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning accuracy and agility
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency in planning and ERP systems

    Requirements/Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field

    • Recent graduate or up to 2 years of experience (internships, apprenticeships, or first role)
    • Strong interest in business-oriented supply chain planning and decision-making
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
    • Good Excel skills; exposure to ERP or planning tools (e.g. SAP, Oracle) is a plus
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills
    • Ability to prioritize and adapt in a dynamic environment
    • Professional working proficiency in English

    • Preferred Qualifications

    • Exposure to S&OP / IBP processes or cross-functional planning
    • Experience or academic projects related to the electronics or high-tech industry
    • Basic understanding of cost, service, and inventory trade-offs
    • Interest in supply chain digitalization, automation, or data visualization
