What You Will Do
- Manage supply chain data and related analytics for sales and customers by analyzing, improving and presenting logistics and supply chain metrics, measuring operational performance against sales & customer specific objectives
- Engage in the design and implementation of a supply chain solution
- Optimization of existing logistic processes to improve internal processes
- Customer Demand Management: exception analysis & handling, reporting to internal & external parties
- Customer Material supply risk review, determination of safety stock to ensure the supply
- Preparation for consignment counts, analysis of inventory issues
- Processing of error messages from the automatic data transfer (EDI, Forecast, orders, etc.)
- Maintenance of the master data/Preparation of master data of the items of the logistic system (new creations, changes, pricing)
- Processing of customer complaints, monitoring of returns, taking corrective actions
Key Skills Required
- Intermediate Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams
- Ability to manage priorities
- Attention to details
- Proactivity and accuracy
- ERP System we use is SAP, desirable but not mandatory
