Supply Chain & After Sales Supervisor

For this position, it is required to be on site 3x/week.

What you will do (responsibilities):

  • Lead the end‑to‑end After Sales Supply Chain operations for LATAM, covering Colombia, Brazil, Peru, Ecuador, Chile, and Argentina.

  • Coordinate demand and supply planning for the region, ensuring optimal balance between service level KPIs (fill rate, backorders, lead time) and inventory performance (days on hand, obsolescence, slow movers).

  • Integrate the regional demand plan by partnering with Commercial, Marketing, Finance, Forecasting, and Planning teams.

  • Monitor critical supply situations and execute recovery actions to secure parts availability and customer service.

  • Oversee warehouse and logistics operations across all regional distribution centers, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, internal controls, SOPs, and audit requirements.

  • Manage logistics performance, including inbound/outbound transportation, warehousing, handling, demurrage, and cost optimization.

  • Lead multifunctional and multicultural teams across multiple countries, setting goals, KPIs, and development plans.

  • Report on operational performance and develop continuous improvement initiatives (Lean/OPEX) to increase productivity and reduce waste.

  • Interact regularly with local After Sales, Commercial, Finance, Purchasing (GPSC), IT, Quality, and external logistics providers.

  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, customs processes, and trade requirements across all countries in scope.

  • Travel frequently across the LATAM region to oversee operations, support projects, and engage with local stakeholders.

Your skills and abilities (required qualifications):

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields.

  • Solid experience in Supply Chain, After Sales, Logistics, or Warehousing—ideally in automotive or similar industries.

  • Proven leadership experience managing teams in regional or multinational environments.

  • Strong knowledge in demand and supply planning, inventory management, warehouse operations, and logistics.

  • Advanced analytical skills with high proficiency in Excel; experience with WMS, ERP, TMS, and planning systems.

  • Ability to analyze KPIs, identify root causes, and translate insights into concrete actions.

  • Strong communication and influencing skills in multicultural contexts.

  • High resilience and ability to manage multiple priorities in dynamic and disruption‑prone environments.

  • Language requirements:

    • Advanced/fluent Spanish

    • Intermediate/advanced English

What can give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications):

  • Postgraduate degree or MBA in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, or Business Management.

  • Experience in the automotive After Sales supply chain.

  • Portuguese language skills, due to ongoing interaction with Brazil.

  • Experience leading large-scale regional productivity initiatives, OPEX/Lean projects, or supply chain transformations.

  • Proven success managing logistics service providers and optimizing costs across multi‑country operations.

  • Strong networking skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders across regions.
