Supplies Co-ordinator
Location: Nottingham Woodthorpe Hospital
Hours: Full Time – 37.5 Hours per week

Today, we are a modern, well-equipped hospital with 41 private en-suite bedrooms and two operating theatres. Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and organised Supplies Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our hospital by managing stock levels, coordinating deliveries, and maintaining compliance with procurement and financial standards.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Order stock in line with company procurement policies.
- Review and monitor changes in product usage and stock levels.
- Arrange deliveries and minimise carriage costs in line with hospital activity.
- Receipt stock in a timely and accurate manner.
- Organise the controlled distribution of stock across departments.
- Perform stock takes as required to meet financial compliance requirements.
- Monitor and report supplier adherence to agreed hospital service levels.
- Manage contract compliance in accordance with the Monthly Savings and Lost Opportunities report.
- Oversee inventory reduction in line with the monthly Stock Holding report.
- Maintain a clean and organised supplies store.
What You’ll Bring
- Demonstrated computer skills (particularly MS Office).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing business needs.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Previous experience in the health sector (desirable).
