What you’ll do

We are looking for a Supplier Trading Coordinator to join our Merchandise Team on a 12-month contract.

This role oversees the seamless onboarding of new inventory suppliers, the ongoing maintenance of existing supplier accounts, and the endtoend management of rebates across Australia and New Zealand.

  • Deliver accurate and aligned rebate reconciliations.
  • Equip internal teams with fast, clear, and reliable supplier trading insights.
  • Oversee end to end supplier engagement across new onboarding and ongoing existing supplier relationships
  • Champion compliance by upholding all policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Power initiatives that elevate supplier trading agreement efficiency.
  • Keep supplier communications and trading documentation sharp, organised, and audit ready.
  • Track supplier rebate performance closely and spotlight opportunities for improvement.

Who we’re looking for

Our ideal candidate combines strong economic or accounting analytical skills with proven data capability and experience leading a team.  

They will have strong stakeholder management skills, be able to solve problems creatively and proactively and can manage multiple tasks and projects. Additionally, they will effective communication both written and verbal and have a high attention to detail.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a business or analytical discipline (favourable)
  • Proven ability to extract, transform and analyse data, supported by highly desirable datavisualisation skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced excel skills required, Power Query and SQL highly desired
  • 3 + years working for a retailer or supplier
