1. Track quality issues in components and raw materials (reactive mode) that arise at the plant until their final resolution, including those involving cost recovery.
2. Periodically evaluate suppliers' performance and ensure they receive adequate and timely feedback (PRRs, RMRs, NFCs, etc.).
3. Implement the Protect the Customer process with suppliers.
4. Coordinate the necessary activities to establish a correlation between supplier and plant measurement methods.
5. Coordinate with suppliers and supplier development in Mexican operations to ensure the timely and complete receipt of PPAPs from Phase III suppliers.
6. Keep supplier development procedures up-to-date, and ensure their dissemination and follow-up at the plant.
7. Actively participate in problem-solving teams formed both inside and outside the plant that address quality issues in components used at the plant. 8. Conduct visits to supplier facilities to review the effectiveness of their corrective actions and to promote continuous improvement.

2. 1 year of experience in the position
