Job Details

We are looking for a 3-month diligent and detail-oriented intern to onboard existing suppliers on the new implemented tool Aprovall.

Aprovall is a Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) platforms help organizations centralize and streamline the management of third-party relationships while mitigating risks across multiple domains, including cybersecurity, compliance (Due Diligence, Anti-corruption), operational, and financial risks.

About the Team

You will be reporting to the Supply Chain Performance & Sustainability Lead and working closely with accounting teams, buyers and compliance team across all the Business lines and the regions (Europe, North America, Latin America and Asia).

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with internal stakeholders (Accounting teams, Buyers, …) across diverse business lines and regions to gather information about existing suppliers (around 1 000 / 1 500)
  • Support existing suppliers to onboard through Aprovall: communication, reminder, discrepancy management
  • Daily follow-up of the onboarding process and validation of tasks in Aprovall
  • Flag issues and alert relevant stakeholders
  • Check consistency between Aprovall and Financial ERP (Oracle)
  • Suggest process improvement

Qualifications:

  • Business school student (Level Bac +2) or Compliance or Risk management student (Level BAC +2)
  • Starting date : June
  • Excellent communication skills with internal and external partners
  • Rigorous and excellent organizational skills
  • Very comfortable using Excel, SaaS tools and TPRM tools
  • Result oriented
  • Able to document and improve workflows
  • Proficiency in English mandatory
