Supplier Enablement & P2P Operations - 12 months Career Starter Program
Location: Warsaw

Hybrid Model: 3 days per week from office

Role Summary

The Supplier Enablement & P2P Operations Intern will support AstraZeneca’s Procure-to-Pay (P2P) operations, with a primary focus on supplier enablement and electronic invoicing adoption. The role contributes to improving supplier and user experience, operational efficiency, and compliance across P2P processes.

This position offers hands-on exposure to Coupa, supplier enablement activities, and day-to-day P2P operations in a global environment. The intern will work closely with Supplier Enablement, Accounts Payable, and internal stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities

Supplier Enablement

  • Support suppliers in using the Coupa Supplier Portal, with a focus on increasing electronic invoicing adoption.
  • Respond to supplier queries related to invoicing and portal usage.
  • Support and deliver supplier trainings and prepare simple guidance materials.
  • Document common issues and best practices to support consistent enablement.
  • Assist with punchout and cXML-related enablement activities.

P2P Operations Support

  • Support resolution of P2P issues such as stuck invoices, technical errors, and PO or receipt non-compliance.
  • Liaise with Requesters and Accounts Payable to resolve end-to-end process issues.
  • Assist with basic root cause analysis and contribute to process improvement initiatives.


Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in Procure-to-Pay, finance operations, or supplier-facing processes.
  • Good communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving approach.
  • Fluent English required; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Basic familiarity with digital tools or P2P systems is a plus, but not required.

The internship will last 12 months.  

Please remember that we work in a hybrid scheme, be prepared to work partially office based (minimum 3 days per week).
