Salary Range: $106437 - $138370 Per Year

Job Summary: You will serve as a SUPERVISORY SEXUAL ASSAULT RESPONSE COORDINATOR in the SAPR DEPARTMENT of II MARINE EXPEDITIONARY FORCE.

Major Duties:

  • You will serve as the primary advisor for directing and coordinating Sexual Assault Prevention and Response (SAPR) within the Navy or Marine Corps command.
  • You will formulate program objectives and priorities and implement plans consistent with the long-term interest of the command.
  • You will collaborate and maintain liaison with stakeholders to improve SAPR response as well as develop and collaborate on public awareness campaigns.
  • You will analyze data to identify trends and areas of improvement and use that data to inform decision making, improve program services, and generate reports.
  • You will apply skilled communication, including developing rapport and actively listening to perform victim advocacy and support for adult cases of sexual assault.
  • You will be responsible for performing supervisory duties such as assigning tasks, setting performance expectations, and evaluating personnel performance.

Qualifications: In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of Specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: managing a Sexual Assault Prevention and Response (SAPR) program; collaborating with stakeholders identifying challenges and solutions in the reporting and responding procedures; AND providing information and advice on how to manage trends and characteristics of sexual assault.
