Major Duties:

• You will serve as the SUPERVISORY PROGRAM ANALYST in the MISSION SUPPORT DIVISION, OFFICE OF COMPLIANCE AND ASSESSMENT of the US FLEET CYBER COMMAND.
• You will serve as the Supervisor, Deputy Division Chief providing tasking, oversight and supervision of operational support work performed by direct-reporting employees assigned to two subordinate functional branches.
• You will plan, assign, and schedule work, provide technical guidance and evaluate individual performance and work products of subordinates.
• You will lead employees in conducting fact findings and analyses and develop findings and defining optimized courses of action.
• You will lead performance of a wide range of daily activities for ensuring safe, orderly administration and process integrity.

Qualifications: Applicant must have directly applicable experience that demonstrates the possession of knowledge, skills, abilities, and competencies necessary for immediate success in the position. Qualifying experience may have been acquired in any public or private sector job, but will clearly demonstrate past experience in the application of the particular competencies or knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to successfully perform the duties of the position. Such experience is typically in or directly related to the work of the position to be filled. Qualifying experience would be demonstrated by: -Experience performing program analysis, mission support, or cybersecurity-related work demonstrating strategic thinking, analytical techniques, developing others, human capital management and partnering. -Experience developing strategies and policies, leading or supervising personnel, and supporting workforce planning efforts. -Experience collaborating with stakeholders and leading a team of multiple personnel in a supervisory capacity. -Experience preparing written products and briefing senior leadership on program status, risks, and recommended courses of action. This position is within the Work Category SUPERVISION AND MANAGEMENT at Work Level SENIOR, Series and Grade GG-0343-14.
