SUPERVISORY PROCURMENT ANALYST

Major Duties:

  • You will convey written information clearly and persuasively, using correct grammar and punctuation to ensure the intended audience understands and retains the message.
  • You will articulate and present ideas effectively to varied audiences, including sensitive topics, while listening and clarifying information as needed.
  • You will identify and analyze problems, evaluate alternatives, and make timely recommendations that balance mission needs and stakeholder interests.
  • You will determine acquisition terms and conditions that comply with laws, including specialized contract requirements and intellectual property considerations.
  • You will acquire systems from commercial or noncommercial sources at reasonable prices, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations.
  • You will plan, assign, and monitor work of others, evaluate performance, provide feedback, and ensure fair and effective staff development.

Qualifications: Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of SPECIALIZED experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or NH-03 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Manage AND/OR supervise acquisition and procurement activities, guide staff, evaluate performance, resolve workplace issues, provide leadership advice, ensure compliance with regulations, AND/OR oversee complex contract management tasks.
