Job Summary: This position is located in the Department of Education, Office of Finance and Operations (OFO), Strategic Enterprise Management Division (SEMD). SEMD is responsible for coordinating and executing the operations and administrative plans and controls relating to OFO and for all other principal office components (POCs).

Qualifications: Minimum Qualification Requirements You may meet the minimum qualifications for the GS-15, if you possess the specialize experience. Specialized Experience for the GS-15 One year of experience in either federal or non-federal service that is equivalent to at least a GS-14 performing two (2) out of three (3) of the following duties or work assignments: 1. Experience conducting organizational, productivity, and special analyses, delivering actionable recommendations to address and resolve discrepancies within administrative operations and financial management processes. 2. Experience providing oversight and management of the overall budget process, including coordinating annual contractual requirements and allocating funds to support reimbursable agreements with other agencies. 3. Experience coordinating and implementing a wide range of internal administrative matters, covering areas to include human capital management, financial management, or contract administration.
