Job Summary: You will serve as a SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the NAVAIRSYSCOM HQ of NAVAL AIR SYSTEMS COMMAND.

Major Duties:

  • You will provide strategic direction and resource support to deliver operational and mission support services, supports compliance and audit activities, and drives continuous process improvement initiatives.
  • You will advise on matters relating to organizational strategy and administration, process improvement, policy, and operations.
  • You will lead complex, multi-disciplined command teams and efficiency initiatives, providing advisory and analytical support to executive decision-makers
  • You will be responsible for assessing cultural climates (both existing and desired), determining the scope of proposed command projects, and assisting in establishing command priorities.
  • You will be responsible for NAVAIR and Navy’s General Fund Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) capability, enabling a center of excellence for an integrated systems approach to the resolution of command Navy ERP matters.
  • You will enable decision support activities to focus on mission priorities, guides and assists leadership in articulating strategies and goals for internal and external stakeholders and implement command initiatives.

Qualifications: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or NH-03 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Applying policies, procedures, and regulatory guidance to support program or business operations; 2) Analyzing data, processes, or systems to identify issues and recommend solutions; 3) Supporting planning, coordination, or execution of organizational initiatives or projects; 4) Communicating effectively, both orally and in writing, with stakeholders across multiple levels.
