Job Summary: You will serve as a SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the Business Operations Department of MY NAVY CAREER CENTER located in Millington, TN

Major Duties:

  • You will analyze program data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
  • You will develop reports, briefings, and recommendations to support leadership decision-making.
  • You will evaluate policies, processes, and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • You will advise management on program requirements, objectives and operational issues.
  • You will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve program-related matters.
  • You will monitor assigned projects to ensure actions are completed within established timelines.
  • You will assess organizational operations and recommend solutions to improve mission support.
  • You will support planning, analysis, and execution of management programs and initiatives.

Qualifications: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: One year of Specialized experience must include: (1) Providing oversight of business systems, program operations, or organizational functions involving access control, analytics, audit readiness, and system functionality; (2) Establishing program objectives and strategic plans to improve service delivery, mission support, and compliance; (3) Developing and evaluating policies, procedures, and operational requirements to improve organizational effectiveness; (4) Advising management officials and stakeholders on audit findings, corrective actions, and operational improvements; and (5) Supervising staff and managing system improvement efforts through workload oversight, personnel management, and implementation of functional enhancements.
