SUPERVISORY LOGISTICS MANAGMENT SPECIALIST

Salary Range: $143913 - $197200 Per Year

Job Summary: You will serve as a Supervisory Logistics Management Specialist in the Team Submarine Program Office of PEO UNDERSEA WARFARE SYSTEMS.

Major Duties:

  • You will lead and supervise the planning, coordination, and/or evaluation of the product support actions required to support a specified mission, weapons system, or other designated program.
  • You will manage the package of support functions required to field and maintain the readiness and operational capability of major weapon systems, subsystems, and components.
  • You will utilize predictive analysis and modeling tools to define and/or improve product support.
  • You will develop and implement product support strategies integrating the separate functions of design to cost, analyses, maintenance planning, provisioning, sustainment, modernization, and readiness to meet operational availability thresholds.
  • You will develop updates to manning documentation and plans.
  • You will perform and oversee training analyses to include requirements assessments for new/modified systems and the analysis and development of new/modified training devices.

Qualifications: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-03 (GS-13 equivalency) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Leading technical working groups in submarine design or undersea research and development efforts to achieve project results.
