Job Summary: You will serve as a SUPERVISORY INTERDISCIPLINARY in the PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT of NAVAL SUPPORT ACTIVITY ORLANDO. This is a Supervisory Interdisciplinary position which may be filled by any of the following series: General Engineer (0801), Architect (0808), Civil Engineer (0810), Mechanical Engineer (0830), Electrical Engineer (0850). You will serve as a Deputy Public Works Officer.
Major Duties:
Qualifications: In addition to the Basic Requirement for this position, Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Managing a complex facility program to include planning, programming, budgeting and execution of requirements; 2) Leading the timely and successful execution of facility projects to include the development and oversight of project budgets, schedules and/or contract acquisition strategy; 3) Building successful teams and strategic relationships with key stakeholders; 4) Developing, submitting, and/or delivering persuasive project justification packages, project data sheets and/or briefs; 5) Providing justification of facility requirements to management and leadership in both written and oral presentations; 6) Using Subject Matter Expertise to provide support, guidance and/or training to team members and stakeholders.
