Job Summary: You will serve as a Supervisory Intelligence Specialist in the Farragut Technical Analysis Center of FARRAGUT TECHNICAL ANALYSIS CENTER. The incumbent is responsible for supervising division personnel and ensuring the duties comply with the overarching policy guidance applied to all intelligence production centers across the Department of Defense. This position is located in Suitland, MD.

Major Duties:

  • You will be accountable to the C4ISR Department Head/Deputy for accomplishment of the division's mission, operations, personnel management and financial resource management.
  • You will utilize supervisory and leadership skills to lead change, engage customers and establish partnerships with external entities, program/contract management knowledge, and skills to manage complex projects simultaneously.
  • You will utilize substantive knowledge that supports all-source, scientific and technical intelligence (S/TI) production and analysis related to undersea sensors and threat anti-submarine warfare (ASW) analysis.
  • You will liaise with counterparts and partners in other intelligence agencies, laboratories, and allied foreign governments; may serve as ONI's representative on Navy, DoD, Intelligence Community, interagency, and international committees.

Qualifications: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GG/GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector such as: 1) Ensuring subordinates' production of all-source scientific and technical intelligence analysis on foreign maritime Command, Control, Communication, Computers (C4) Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) systems complies with organizational and Intelligence Community regulations and directives; 2) Evaluating work performance to identify training needs and improve the intelligence analysis and production of the division; 3) Determining staffing needs to perform workforce planning, developing performance standards for junior employees, and overseeing staff performance to recommend award recognition and hiring actions; and 4) Managing department budget requirements to optimize intelligence processing, analysis, and reporting and to avoid funding shortfalls.
