Job Summary: This position is in The Office of Managing Director (OMD), Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO), Plans and Programs Group Federal Communications Commission (FCC) located in Washington, DC. Specialized Experience: Applicants must have a minimum of one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-13 in the Federal service. For this position, specialized experience includes the following: 1. Experience developing plans for information technology acquisition services and initiatives. 2. Experience implementing acquisition strategies and processes to support customer and IT services. 3. Experience managing an IT procurement life-cycle for major hardware, software and information services.
