Job Summary: You will serve as a SUPERVISORY HOUSING MANAGER in the MARINE CORPS INSTALLATIONS PACIFIC (MCIPAC) MCS BUTLER ofMARINE CORPS BASE CAMP BUTLER . ***ACCESS TO MEDICAL AND DENTAL CARE IN JAPAN IS EXTREMELY LIMITED. Major Duties:

  • You will track, analyze and report standard performance metrics for Unaccompanied Personnel Housing (UPH) programs.
  • You will serve as the functional expert for all issues related to UPH including operations, maintenance, personnel, training, resources, budget planning and facilities projects.
  • You will conduct inspections of Marine Corps Base Camp Butler (MCBB) camps/installations UPH and associated major activities, processes and programs and recommend appropriate corrective action.
  • You will analyze appropriated funds allotted and expended at MCBB in order to develop strong justifications for resource allocations.
  • You will plan and schedule work to be accomplished by subordinates , develop performance standards and advise employees on work and administrative matters.

Qualifications: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Overseeing housing management operations, providing employee direction and supervision, developing housing management plans/procedures, AND collaborating with partners and community leaders.
